Statement
The industrial landscape created by these discarded trains is anarchic and chaotic.
These images are a reflection of human intervention in our own urban domain.
I was transfixed at the sight of this topography of the redundant, and the contrast between the high levels of technological order required to create this machinery, and the chaos of their ultimate destination.
The Holga camera has softened the surfaces of the metals and the ethereal appearance evokes cities devastated by bombing and mountains of bones.
